Testimonials
The Van Tech Hairdressing program under the direction
of Janna McCullough, is a great head start to anyone’s career.
Hairdressing 11 and 12 will give you a good foundation to build on, from
basic skills thought to obtaining an apprenticeship.
Ms. McCullough introduced me to Skills Canada, a
junior level hair competition. This led me to peruse other competitions. I
am now proud to be a member of The Canadian Hairdressing Team
competing at the international level.
The Van Tech hair program was a wonderful program
witch I was grateful to be part of!
Jacob Rozenberg, The Lounge Hair Studio and Spa
"It is a great opportunity to learn skills that you don't learn in other
classes. For instance, communication and dealing with customers. I
really enjoyed the hands on aspect of this course... it makes it more fun
than your regular classes where you just sit an listen to your teacher--
here you actually get to practice what you learn."
Student Maureen Phung

This has been an amazing experience for me. This
course has provided me with more than just knowledge on hair and skin it
has provided me with skills that I’m going to use on my everyday bases.
This course has given me the experience in going out and working with
professionals. This course has taught me things that I will use in life
and not be stuck in my books for the rest of my life. I have graduated
this course with theory, skills, and experience. There isn’t anything more
that I can ask from a course.
